Return & Refund Policy

When you order from, please read and comply with the instructions below as we regard the following Return & Refund Policy as part of our Terms and Conditions.

1.Order cancellation and refund policy

If you want to cancel you orders, please contact our customer service centre via [email protected] to know your order status or you can login into your account to view your order status before your cancellation.

1). If your order has not been dispatched, you can get a full refund from us.

2). If your order has already been dispatched, you have to return unused and unopened items to us within SEVEN days as soon as you receive your parcel. As for this case, we will refund you excluding actual shipping fees already incurred.

Please note that if you choose to pay us by Paypal, we will also refund to your Paypal account. However, if you choose to use wire transfer (T/T)/ Money Gram/ Western Union or Paypal debit/credit card service to pay for your orders, the only way for us to refund you is gift voucher code of equal refund value to your account at rather than bank transfer.

2. Please follow these steps to return your products

1) Inform our customer service via [email protected] relevant information of the order, especially the Order Number and the Ruturn Product Code.

2) Fill in reasons why you want to return items to us, helping us to make progress step by step. Suppose the reason is the wrong quantity, not equaling to the quantity you ordered, or some damaged parts of items, please take photos of packaging and products inside the parcel within SEVEN days of receiving the parcel.

3) Our customer service will check and reply how to implement return and refund procedures based on your individual different cases.

4) Return you items to our address.

5) Refund will be issued to your Paypal account or your account.

Please Note: All return parcels must be delivered back within SEVEN days of receiving the items and we only accept products in their original conditions.

Furthermore, you can apply for return after logging in your account at, click “order history”, view details of your orders and then click “return”to open the return application form, submit detailed essential information to our customer service center, which takes one to two working days to handle your issues.

3. Refund for the missing item

As for “missing” products, please email the product ID of missing items to [email protected] in SEVEN days after your parcels arrive. As long as we confirm it is our faults to not include some items in the parcel based on our history inventory, we will refund the missing item and the extra postage you paid for the order to your Paypal account or send a gift voucher code to your account at as compensations if you do not use Paypal account to pay for your order.

4. Refund for the defect item

As for “defect” products, please feel free to email the product ID of defect items and attach the image of defect items to [email protected] in SEVEN days after your parcels arrive. We will refund the defect items you paid for the order to your Paypal account or send a gift voucher code to your account at as your compensations if you do not choose to use Paypal account to pay for your order.

5. Return and refund an unwanted product

If you are not satisfied with any item you ordered, please email to [email protected] within SEVEN days of receiving the products. As long as you keep its original package and return them in perfect condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the unwanted items. The shipping cost already incurred can not be allowed to get back. Please pay attention to the note that the shipping fee on returned items and custom fee should be fully taken responsibilities by our customers. It is strongly recommended for our customers to choose a shipping method with tracking number for returned parcels as shall not be compensate for lost items due to carrier’s careless action in transit and and lower down the value of package on the postage label to avoid custom fee.

6. Return for missing package

As for extreme few cases, you have not received your parcels beyond expected time since we dispatch the parcel, please feel free to contact us via [email protected] and offer your order number to us. We will ask our carrier to check further details and track the parcel. If the shipping address is completely right but your parcel is lost, we will contact with you and ask whether you choose a redelivery of same items in your order or a full refund for your lost package. If you choose a redelivery of your order, we will compensate a mysterious jewelry for you. If you choose a refund for the missing package, we will sent refund to your Paypal account or send a gift voucher code to your account at as compensations when you do not us Paypal account to pay for your order.

8. Refund Processing Times

As long as we receive the return items, our customer service will implement the refund procedures. Your refund will be issued into your Paypal account in about 1 business day when you use your Paypal account to pay for the order. Or gift voucher code will be issued into your account instead of actual capital into your Paypal account that can be offset for the next order when you use wire transfer  (T/T)/MoneyGram/Western Union
